Protein Shake Recipes
PB & J Protein Shake (Shake great diet! Virtually no carbs)
2 scoops of whey protein (neutral or vanilla)
8-12 oz water (add 1% milk, if you want a bit 'creamier texture)
1 tbsp. Natural butter (smooth) peanut
1 tbsp. Linseed oil or flax meal
1 tsp. Sugar free Strawberry Jam
Mix all the ingredients at high speed for 45 seconds to a minute
Add ice to taste if you prefer more volume or colderWater.
Fruity Carbohydrate High Protein Shake - (post-or pre-workout)
1 sliced banana (in pieces and frozen)
4-6 whole strawberries (from the Berry frozen)
1 / 2 cup low fat yogurt (or Brown Cow cream top for more calories)
1 glass of orange juice or pineapple
2 scoops of whey protein - (or packet of MRP for more carbs and nutrients)
** Creatine or Glutamine preferences for pre-or post-workout
Carbohydrates 30grams --120 grams of carbohydrates - your choice. Higher fat yogurt or low fat, and use an MRP or protein low carb together. All the ingredients until smooth texture, or preferred. Add creatine or Glutamine for power-packed pre-or post-workout Shake
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup (Pro Dieter's Shake)
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder whey
2 tablespoons whipped cream (cream, cream from a can)
1 tbsp. PeanutsButter
12 ounces water
1 tbsp. Flax Meal
4-6 ice cubes
Mixture, stir until thick. Linseed meal, there is the consistency of peanut butter cup. Whipped cream has a creamy flavor. Add the peanut butter for more flavor intensity. This is a great low carb shake you from the cessation of sugar and shit, when you start a diet!
Banana Split Shake lean mass (less than 25 grams of carbohydrate)
1 / 2 frozen bananas
1 tsp. Banana extractvanilla extract (or, if you're not crazy banana)
2 tbsp. Whipped cream (cream, cream from a can)
2 scoops of chocolate (no carb) Whey Protein
10-12 grams of water
4-6 ice cubes

1 / 3 pieces of pineapple Cup (in water, canned or fresh) - freeze to ice texture

Moderate Dreamsicle Shake (Shake carb more)
2-3 scoops protein powder vanilla MRP shake packet
Seeds from a length of half a vanilla bean real
1 tsp. Vanilla extract (real, not imitation)
4 oz Water
6 ozOrange juice + rind of half an orange (peel grid for life before squeezing orange)
3 tablespoons whipped cream (cream, can not)
1 / 2 jars vanilla yogurt (or yogurt vanilla ice cream)
Add the ice cubes at the end of the desired consistency
This is a great tasting shake! Both vanilla and orange peel, you want to drink over and over and over again! Add more or less protein, liquid or air / vanilla bean to your liking.
Mint ChocolateGrasshopper (low carb / lean mass gainer shake)
2 scoops of whey powder in chocolate or chocolate MRP (depending on the carbs)
8 cl of water
3 tbsp. Whipped cream (cream, not canned)
3-6 drops of mint extract or pure mint
4-6 ice cubes
Mix all ingredients Add 4 OZ 2% milk or yogurt, if the above coherence is not quite smooth enough volume or taste.
Holiday Pumpkin Spice Shake (low carb / diet shake)
2Whey protein Scoops vanilla or protein level
8 ounces of water
1 tbsp. Linseed oil
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. Splenda Brown Sugar
8 ounces yogurt
4-6 ice cubes
** 1 / Add 4 cans of pumpkin pack for more true pumpkin flavor and the color orange
Shake this is a great season. You can also connect a baked sweet potato, if you do not have canned pumpkin.
