Here is my new protein shake, which i have everyday now. :) Vanilla Cinnamon Coffee Protein Shake! 8 fl. oz. Folgers 100% Colombian Coffee (serve chilled) 1/2 cup 1% Milk (or you can use lactose free or soy milk as well) 1 scoop of 100% Whey Protein 1/2-1 tbsp. of cinnamon powder 2 splendas leave it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes so the consistency can go down if not it will be very fluffy and full of air. nutritional facts: Calories: 199 Total Fat: 4g Sat.
